not! I do not understand how some people can make a high assessment here. because of the positive reviews I decided to try it for dinner. 1) ambiente: very dark and old. The food was incredible and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place!
The restaurant consistently delivers excellent food across the board, with some dishes truly remarkable. The Spicy Salt Calamari may be simple, but it's absolutely delicious! The service is great—friendly and attentive staff truly enhance the experience. My only critique? It’s too inexpensive! How often do you hear that about a restaurant? It's time for Tea and Rice to raise their prices because they are offering too much value!
If you're in search of authentic Chinese cuisine, this restaurant is an excellent choice. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is timely without being intrusive. It's a wonderful spot for a laid-back, comfortable dinner with family or friends. Being a family-owned business means the staff is friendly and welcoming.
We ordered takeout from here, and it was just mediocre. If you're a fan of Chinese food adapted for the American or Australian taste (Brennan, this means you... this place...), it might be worth a try.
