Feedback
The restaurant has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from diners. Some praised the service, such as Heather who was described as outstanding, while others were disappointed by the inconsistent service quality. The food received mixed reviews as well, with some diners enjoying dishes like the clam linguini and black bean soup, while others were dissatisfied with the lobsters and steak tartare. The atmosphere was generally well-received, with compliments for Marcel the busser and the Sunday Brunch at "The Kitchen." However, there were complaints about waiting times and perceived discrimination during a magic show. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a range of experiences to offer, from hidden gems to disappointing dinners.
Amazing food! Great service! Lobster gnocchi and tiramisu are a must try! If you want a wonderful dinner to remember come here!!

Incredible experience! The service here is 5 star, we have come here twice and enjoyed them both equally. Must visit
Wow! Super disappointed. We have always wanted to try The Palm and decided to go this year for our anniversary. We were greeted and sat right away as we had a reservation. Our server brought bread, which was fine, nothing special and then the server recommmended the crabcake appetizer. The crabcake was also just fine. Nothing special for $27. The crabmeat on top was fresh and that was the highlight, of the night. My husband ordered a dry aged Kansas city strip recommended by the server. Dry is right, and chewy, like a $70 piece of beef jerky. The real downfall was my meal, I ordered the Sea Bass Oscar as soon as I saw the plate, I could see that my fish was over broiled and dry, for $52! I am pretty sure it was also frozen. The sides were ok (au gratin potatoes needed salt green beans). This was about the time we realized, this is a bust, we did not bother to complain, or have dessert, we paid and got out of there and determined the night a $300 mistake. What a bummer. Update: the manager Leo, invited us back free of charge. Our server Angela was knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered all different options this time. We started with the calamari this time and it was good. Amazing, no. But good. My husband got the ribeye and I got the center cut filet Oscar for entrees and the macaroni and cheese as a side. Every bit of this was excellent and cooked perfectly. We finished with the zeppole dessert which was also perfect. I will say, The Palm made it up to us to be sure. I see now that it does have the potential to live up to its name perhaps with a few off nights which we must’ve initially experienced. We have universal pass holders. So I foresee we will visit again with family and try them again.
5 stars. The food wasn't flashy, but the taste was emaculate. The service was friendly and fun. If you can afford the price tag, I recommend it atleast once.
