The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly and kind, we were just in town visiting family and it was our first time here. Our subs were delicious, and the atmosphere and overall experience were incredible I wish more Mr Subs were like this one! Thank you : View all feedback.
Mr. Sub on West Street did an amazing job! I ordered the seafood sub, and it was fantastic – I’d rate it a solid 6 out of 6. Everything was perfectly mixed with mayonnaise, and the flavors were incredible. Well done, team! From now on, this will definitely be my go-to location. I highly, highly, highly recommend it!
This restaurant is family-owned and operated, featuring friendly and hardworking owners who consistently make a perfect sub in no time! Conveniently located just off Highway 11 North (West Street exit) in Orillia, it’s easily accessible for travelers heading to cottage country. Be sure to check them out—you won’t be disappointed!
If I could put a ten down for service I would the kids that work there are incredible at there jobs and dealing with the public.There is one young man there. I don't know his name. He is a of a slender build, dark hair and a great smile. They are all so friendly, but his politeness and welcoming attitude is the best.Kid-friendliness: There were two in there last night. It was busy but they were up and walking around.
