The food looked appealing, but the restaurant was empty on a Saturday afternoon. The shrimp in the ceviche were not cold and had a grayish tint, as if they had just been prepared without proper marinating. The most concerning issue was that the shrimp hadn't been cleaned properly, which was really off-putting. They simply cut them up and served them like that. Waited 45 minutes to receive our food when my family were the only people there. That’s after waiting 25 minutes to ask what we wanted. Some food came cold. Was also served warm water. The queso of a quesadilla wasn’t even melted all the way. Most of us didn’t finish our food. Just an overall bad experience. At least the horchata was good. Cold at least.
The oysters were very good and the service was excellent. Many thanks to Roxana for her excellent service. I appreciate it very much.
