We asked the employees to turn down the music so that we could enjoy our experience. Instead they changed to disrespectful and disgusting music. They also closed down the grill two hours before close and did not provide all that is offered on the menu. The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. The only redeeming quality was that the young man who checked us out was polite. The rest of the staff were horrible. Very poor customer service and experience. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I visited the restaurant 3.5 hours before closing, only to find they were out of guacamole and chicken. When I asked for forks in the utensils area, I was told they were unavailable until tomorrow. Honestly, Chipotle has really gone downhill. The portion sizes are small, and you end up paying $20 for a meal that isn't worth it.
My wife and I both nearly broke our teeth on the uncooked rice they served us. Employees were having a great time, but none of the customers were.
The food wasn’t fresh, the meat was like over seasoned, the avocado was black and looked disgusting, not thebest attitude from employees…
