Mid range hotel. Suitable for passing travelers and business travelers. Parking in front of the hotel and large. Stop 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there is a supermarket Lenta (5 minutes walk . Breakfast is not varied: two fried eggs, fried ham, two sandwiches with amateur sausage and cheese, tea. There is a coffee corner with a kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый. В номерах мини холодильник, ЖК телевизор с цифровым ТВ, кровати средней жёсткости удобные, но могут поскрипывать. Санузел совмещённый, душ с лейкой, умывальник небольшой. Зимой в номерах не смотря на очень горячие батареи прохладно из за особенностей установки оконных кондиционеров. В целом удовлетворительная гостиница с приятным персоналом и доступной инфраструктурой.

The waiters and guests exchanged glances, but no one made comments to her. Thanks of course. But the evening is spoiled, the experience of the cafe is not the best. Ан нет. Живая музыка зазвучала в 20:08, и то после того, как мы дважды поинтересовались, а разве не должна ли она начать петь. Пела, не вставая с места. Но перед этим она вместе с фоновой музыкой включила какое то видео пошел параллельный звук разговаривающего голоса . Продолжалось это шоу около10 минут. Официанты и гости переглядывались, но замечания ей никто не сделал. Спасибо, конечно. Но вечер испорчен, впечатления от кафе не самые лучшие. В следующий раз выберем другое заведение.

We were asked to wait until 15.00: the manti will be made and delivered by that time. The manti were brought last time there were two containers, but this time they were packed into 4 containers of five pieces each. The check indicated that there were five containers. We don't even know how to explain this: we thought that since the holidays, the people will be drunk and will not notice anything? Well at least they didn't get poisoned. It was uncomfortable in front of the guests. I wanted delicious Christmas mantas to the table. So much earlier, we were satisfied with the products of this cafe, and now we are completely disappointed. Original 5 числа этого года заказывали шашлык и манты. Шашлык был очень вкусным. Манты заказывали в количестве 20 штук было два контейнера. В одном из которых не хватало двух мант. Сразу не посмотрели на это дело . Через два дня понадобились еще манты. За сутки сделан был заказ. Должны были привезти на следующий день к 13.00, но ни звонков, ни мант не дождались к назначенному часу. Стали звонить сами. Администратор парень ответил, что никакого заказа ему передано не было за день до этого трубку брала девушка . Нам было предложено подождать до 15.00: манты сделают и привезут к этому времени. Манты привезли прошлый раз было два контейнера, а в этот раз их распихали в 4 контейнера по пять штучек. В чеке было указано, что контейнеров пять штук. Тут уже сам виноват. Как говорится “доверяй, но проверяй”. Не думал, что могут обмануть. Не первый же раз заказываем. Надо всегда проверять что в чеке было пробито Открыв контейнер, увидели следующее: манты были сильно слипшимися, местами порванные. Тесто оказалось сырым, также, как и фарш, который имел кисловато горький вкус. Явно мясо не первой свежести. Все эти манты в количестве 20 штук пришлось выкинуть. А ведь раньше мы заказывали в этом кафе и не раз, и все нас устраивало. Даже дни рождения справляли в Бэсте. Было всегда вкусно, но в этот раз просто поиздевались. Даже не знаем, чем это объяснить: думали, раз праздники, то народ подвыпившим будет и ничего не заметит? Хорошо хоть не отравились. Перед гостями оказалось неудобно. Хотелось к столу вкусных Рождественских мант. Настолько раньше мы были довольны продукцией этого кафе, а сейчас капитально разочаровались.
