This place is extremely relaxed and laid-back for me. I can honestly say I've never felt any weird vibes here. Plus, they always have exactly what I'm looking for! View all feedback.
What lolita l dislikes about Rafa's:
I did not appreciate seeing young women workers there…charging older drunk guys a minimum dollar a dance.... Or being told you cant com in with out a mask. Now the door attendant was fiddling with key in door…so while his back was to me I waited patiently to enter mask hanging on my wear holding loop with my hand to completely put on before entering. Nice cool place to relax and play a little video poker. It beats the heat big time
Catering more to the Latino crowd, this was still a nice place to get a quick drink. Courteous employees serving stiff drinks.
Rafa is very kind. Service was above and beyond what I would expect at a bar. Must try the ceviche
