I have dined at Michelle's Kitchen numerous times, whether at their taco stands or while ordering takeout. My experiences have always been excellent, from the ordering process to pickup, payment, and, of course, the food. They definitely serve the best tacos in Lake Elsinore—chicken, asada, birria—all cooked and seasoned wonderfully. I'm consistently impressed with both the food and the service. Birria is tough, not tender. We bought birria ramens and was not impressed. They came dry which I'm sure is because the noodles sucked up all the juice. Service is good and quick hence the 3 stars
