The patio cafe is family-owned and has been in operation since 2012, serving as a community hub. We were waited on by the matriarch of the family, who was very friendly and also responsible for the baking. Inside, there is a small market offering local products as well as a variety of gluten-free and vegan options. I highly recommend checking out this place if you are in the area and looking for a vegan-friendly spot to eat.
We drove two hours south from Phoenix to Zipline at the Arizona Zipline Adventures and then fell from the Oracle Patio Cafe to grab the brunch. The previously sought-after Patio Cafe is the most vegan-friendly place in the area. Ordered the “Chorizo” scrap. I didn't know what a junk was before, so I had nothing to compare with it. I thought the crimini mushrooms and squash were really nice; the microgreen was a nice touch. I also had a few bites of the hemp bags that someone else ordered. The tamales are near Tuscon and a taste of the spicy was probably the best bite of the meal. Patio Cafe is family owned and began operating in 2012 as a community hub. This café is a lovely and charming spot with an artistic outdoor seating area. Come for the art, but stay for the delicious coffee and homemade cakes. A truly delightful gem.
I had an excellent breakfast with fantastic service at this restaurant. The bear claws from their bakery were amazing. I will definitely return in the future.
