Bo’s delivers reliably crisp, piping-hot fried chicken and standout biscuits—light, fluffy and perfectly salted—alongside comforting sides like mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese, coleslaw, fries and sweet tea. Service is prompt and friendly, with fast drive-thru, clean dining rooms and fresh breakfast offerings. Fans often travel for the food, though locations are sparse. A few guests reported occasional lapses in customer interaction and outdoor wasp problems; coupons and healthy-option choices are limited.
IT'S BO TIME! You won't be disappointed by anything on the menu. They serve the best chicken, biscuits, fries, mac and cheese, and sweet tea. I drove over an hour just to enjoy it again. Plus, you can bring home the fry seasoning for under $5! I just wish there was a location closer to Salisbury, MD, but the food is definitely worth the drive. Head to Bo’s for a great experience!
Please take care of the wasps we were torchered while trying to place our order we kept having to put the window up so they wouldn’t get in our car! The only reason for 5 stars was because this was the best location we have came across as far as the food quality goes but the customer service definitely needs some adjustments when we arrived to the pickup window we tried making conversation about the wasps and cashier couldn’t of cared less! No response…Not even a word from her. Not Even a Simple Thank you from taking our payment.
I tried this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. As soon as I approached the counter, two friendly ladies helped me place my order, and my meal was ready by the time I reached the end of the counter. The chicken was served hot and had a wonderfully crispy skin. The coleslaw was superb, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were delicious as well. I was also pleasantly surprised by the biscuit—it was light, fluffy, and just had the right amount of salt. This is certainly a fantastic place for a tasty chicken meal!
I visited a Bojangles for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, and the line moved quickly. I ordered chicken strips with fries and a biscuit, which were really delicious. The staff member was also nice enough to give me an extra sauce. I would definitely go back!
The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally friendly and courteous, clearly enjoying their work. The breakfast menu is always tasty and fresh, and the drive-thru service is remarkably fast! The only downside is that there are no coupons available for this place. However, when it comes to management and team spirit, this establishment deserves an A+. It's the most efficiently run fast food place on the Eastern Shore. I'm truly thankful to all the wonderful team members for brightening my day!
