I visited the Whangarei store on Sunday and had a lovely experience. The young lady who served me was friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious! I will definitely return soon. View all feedback.

**Prices:** Simply outrageous! My boyfriend's grandmother makes much tastier homemade pies.
**Atmosphere:** The place feels bare, cold, cramped, and somewhat messy.
**Customer Service:** There's a rather aggressive woman working there who doesn’t seem friendly, even to her coworkers. She really needs to toughen up, considering those pies are the only thing keeping her afloat. If she treated her customers with respect and stayed focused, maybe her $10 for a subpar pie and chips would feel more justified. This place can definitely do better.
