I wasn't very impressed with this restaurant; it's quite expensive. The tacos were lacking in filling, and some had sour cream while others didn't. I could have enjoyed a buffet for the same price I paid here. But then again, I suppose it is a fast food place.
This is honestly the slowest drive-thru I've ever encountered. They really need to work on their coordination or bring in more staff. Regarding the food, my biggest complaint is that they're frequently out of certain items, but I suppose that's a common issue nowadays. #covidshortages
We went for a drive today to get out of the house and decided to stop for a meal. The food was outstanding and served hot. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the staff were friendly. We opted to dine on the patio, which was also well-maintained. I would give this place a solid 5 stars!
After waiting more than 25 minutes in the drive-thru, I discovered the cause of the delay. Of the four employees on duty, the one at the drive-thru window stood idle for over five minutes without taking the next order. This clearly explained why my food took so long—by far the slowest fast food service I've experienced. On top of that, I was charged for extra meat that I never got.
The food at Taco Bell is excellent and served promptly. However, I believe a $5 box meal should come in a proper container.
