The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. I have never been here where there was a wait to dine-in. The servers are quick and attentive. The food comes out quick and warm. The only minor draw back (I would give this place 4.5 stars if I can) is the temprature; it can be fairly cold in there. On a side note, the food foor take out is prepared quickly.
Fried samosa triangle puff – 4 stars Crispy and enjoyable, though the filling is a bit bland, it still tastes good. Steamed dumplings – 4.5 stars These are standard dumplings elevated by crispy fried garlic and a tasty dumpling sauce. Pad see ew, Drunken seafood fried rice, Drunken noodles – all 4.5 stars All three dishes are great options. However, after trying all of them, I felt the seasoning was a bit overpowering, with too much salt and sugar. It’s best to enjoy these in moderation. As for service, while the server was friendly, the professionalism was lacking. One of our ordered items never arrived, though we weren’t charged for it. When we brought it up, we were told the kitchen was already closed. There were other minor service issues as well.
This was my first time dining here. The service was excellent, and our server was well-informed, taking the time to describe several dishes. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious! We will definitely return.
This is my favorite restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and tastes incredibly fresh. You have to try the veggie spring rolls and chicken fried rice – you won't be disappointed!
We had a wonderful time at Salween! A colleague recommended it to us, and they were spot on. The food was fresh, the service was excellent, and it provided great value. Eager to try something new, I took the server's suggestion and ordered the Pad See Yew, which was absolutely delicious—I’ll definitely be getting it again. We also tried the Thai iced tea and the green papaya salad, which I loved; it was fresh and flavorful, although my husband isn’t a fan of the taste of fish sauce. The spring rolls were just okay, but the mango fried rice was quite tasty as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!
