Was Gage Connrad at Hip Bao a mag?
I had a fantastic meal at Hip Bao with my friend! It was our first visit, so we decided to sample a variety of dishes: we got both steamed and fried bao, two types of potstickers, and the Vermicelli Noodles with BBQ Pork. The noodles and pork were definitely my favorites; the pork was expertly seasoned, striking a wonderful balance between meat and vegetables, and the light sauce paired beautifully with the noodles.... What Gage Connrad dislikes about Hip Bao:
This is my go-to place for Chinese cuisine. I got there around five, and it wasn’t too busy. The service was fast and welcoming. It brings back memories of a café in Chicago that I truly adored. View all feedback.
The pork fried bao was delicious! Definitely going back there next time I come through town.
We ordered two different orders of Bao ,Potstickers and Noodles. The nais was ok but the noodles were good.
Everytime I visit Omaha I come to Hip Bao. The food is always hot and tastes so fresh. I very much enjoy the juicy pork potstickers and pork egg rolls. I noticed they added crab Rangoon to the menu so I gave those a try recently and was not disappointed. They were fantastic. I've also tried the noodle soups and they are amazing when the weather is a bit chilly. Overall a fantastic place to grab a bite

The noodles and pork were definitely my favorites; the pork was expertly seasoned, striking a wonderful balance between meat and vegetables, and the light sauce paired beautifully with the noodles. While the potstickers and bao had excellent dough textures, we found their fillings a bit lacking in flavor compared to the noodle dish, though the accompanying sauces helped elevate the taste. I also loved the scallion pancake—it was crispy and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!
