How are they going to ask you if you can dine in! YOU CANT GO IN! My husband is a truck driver and you can?t ever get food from them cause they still have the dining room closed!!! Why? View all feedback.
This embarrassing moment occurred 1320 hours on January 28, 2024 at 7935 Craft-Goodman Frontage, Olive Branch, MS 38654. At the mentioned date, I was accompanied with a camera man and was documenting a routine. I drove to my favorite shopping stores and my favorite Krystal. I arrived and ordered my food and she repeated the wrong order. I corrected the order and suddenly a male voice interrupted the intercom. His tone was angry and he addressed me in the most unprofessional manner. I respectfully reminded him that I am a customer and I didn't want Krystal to be viewed negatively. The correction caused him to become more hostile and I told him this was being recorded, to give him a hint. This person spoke to me like I was in a zoo and I was embarrassed. I asked for his name, and there's witnesses he refused. I asked for the manager and to my surprise, he stated he was the district manager. I drove to the window, careful not to activate their timer. The district manager came to the window and put on a show. I tried to take the picture myself as the district manager was obvibious of my passenger with the camera. I'm shocked to learn the POOR quality of management of this franchise. He still refused his name, but I'm sure the company can find him on their camera, wearing the black Steeles shirt from the date and time.
The service was great and fast and the lady even brought us our food to our table. Surprising coming from a fast food chain and the inside was nice I would like to write the food higher but I just can't deal with soggy burger buns so it's a preference
I thought I was going to send a huge shout out to this location but seems EVERYONE does. I mean, this location is always kind and courteous. I live in Memphis, TN about 5 miles up and prefer this location anyday. The service here is exceptional. The staff consisted of three people around 8pm Friday night (12/08/2023), quickly working together. When I say ordering a 12 ct would take a minute...it didn 't take long at all. The good thing was he (the older gentleman) INSTANTLY let me know it 'll be a small wait due to the fresh cooked meal. OMG...the fries were on point! The sweet tea was tea 'ing and courtesy was super amazing!!! I promise these small details are hard to find but hope they look forward to seeing me more and more after this moment. It 's hard to find good service and so with a lost receipt, I wanted to find a way to let you all know that this made a huge difference and oh yea, the food was onnnnn point. Greatness all around and the young lady sent me off with a great 'Merry Christmassss '!! Thanks yall good times were had on Friday night.
Me and my family came here on 3/27/2022 around 1pm and ordered three meals. We waited in line for 20+ min to get our food and when we got home, we all started to eat and the first bite of my sandwich was very off, it was stringy or something in there.Upon looking further into it turned out to be a long hair from one of the employees working there. I called the store and wastold to bring it back and they were going to refund me. We threw our food away and I put my burger in the bag and headed back upthere. Their line was still long so I called to see if anybody would allow me to come into the lobby to settle this and I wastold I had to wait in the drive threw in order to get helped because of the lobby being closed. So I waited in the line againfor another 20-25min. At this point I already have over a hour of my time invested into this venture. As I approached the drivethrew window I handed them my receipt and Bag and was told I will only receive refund for the one sandwich that was contaminatedwith hair. My family was disgusted and we threw away the rest of the food and brought back what was wrong with the entire orderand only got a quarter of a refund, wasted time money and having to go buy a whole other lunch for my family. Veryunprofessional staff, I am very dissatisfied with this place and it will be the last time my family ever thinks to eat hereagain.
Dine in is closed and there is a pothole in drive through that can double as a fishing hole or you could bury a body in..... surly they saved enough money closing dine in to fix this. Unless management is stealing cash???? Or owners have an addiction ofsome sorts......worst krystals ever rather drive to west memphis than 5 minutes to this location! Will add pictures when itrains fingers crossed I catch a bass.....update food was cold and buns were soggy pickles were microscopic and floppy I do notknow how this location could do any worse. The woman at drive through window was snappy and rude......I recommend you goanywhere else to eat but here worst krystal experience ever!
