The coffee is consistently hot and readily available, and the staff are always very friendly. In the mornings, they offer a good variety of muffins and sweet rolls at reasonable prices in their donut display case. However, the presence of cockroaches in the restroom was a major deterrent. If they're in the bathroom, they’re likely in the kitchen as well, so I no longer eat anything from there. View all feedback.
The people who work there are great. But their fountain drinks suck. They are literally 3/4ths water. Literally any other 7-11 in this area is better. It's been like this for months and I don't know why no one has fixed their problem. Everything else about this place is okay. But literally go the extra mile to go to any of the other ones for fountain drinks.
Awful customer service. Stopped in during my lunch break. The lady behind the counter (Amanda? leaves register as I walk up and starts talking to a guy about getting him free soda. After we wait on her she come back to the register and tell everyone in line its cash only. She could have put a sign on the door to let us know instead of wasting our time. Theyere where two more employess outside smoking, so it wasnt like they didnt have the staff to do so. Would not

However, the cockroaches running around in the restroom were a huge turn off. If they’re in the bathroom, they’re probably in the kitchen, too. I don’t eat anything from there anymore.
