Been here in Shaw many years owned by a lovely family. Food always spot on and the tastes very authentic. Highly recommended

It’s the chips that get the one star rating. After buying them occasionally each time thinking I’ll give them another try as they can’t always be that bad tonight I’ve been proved wrong. Tonight’s are the worst chips I’ve ever had. They are hard dried up full of eyes and bad bits and must have been kept in the warmer for hours as some are pale on one side and the other side brown as if it’s been near the heating element for hours. On the plus side my husband says the curry sauce is top drawer.
I’ve now been waiting two hours for my food. I received a call off someone there 45 minutes ago asking for the postcode so the driver can find it and then haven’t heard anything back. Half an hour later called them back to see if it was coming, the woman on the phone said she’d speak to the driver and I haven’t heard off them since. They’re now hanging up phone calls and clearly our food isn’t coming now. If they can’t find it just tell us and I’d order somewhere else. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no communication whatsoever, which is a shame because we’ve always loved the food and drivers have delivered to us in the past. Such a letdown.
