Overall, a good visit worth repeating. Tables, distances, etc. Please keep it that way even after Corona. Seelig was always too crowded beforehand. Waitress Kristina: Super nice, but inattentive. Too long waiting times overall. But: New waiter Julian Hammer! Tear everything out. Absolutely hold and promote to the customer experience manager. The process optimizer has a somewhat too high potential for aggression and still needs a little training in dealing with staff in a moderate manner. He was a little over-motivated but always tried to act in the interests of the guest
The service was bad. Just sat down and already there to order, then waited forever until we could place the order. Overall inattentive. Cleared while one person was still eating. Drop the cutlery several times when clearing away. When checking out a bill, asking too much for € was corrected on request, but no apology was received. A meal was raised in price, but not changed in the menu and not communicated beforehand
