What M von Rümker doesn't like about Aral:
When buying a coffee for a cup you have brought with you, one cent is added to the price instead of deducting €0.30, as is expressly written on the price board without any restrictions. This is simply justified by the alleged non-functioning of a promotional campaign. I think that's a bit outrageous, since they don't even think it's necessary to correct the incorrect price list.
