The food at Ombu Buffet was excellent. The hot food section was fresh and served at the right temperature, and the sushi was delightful. Ombu Buffet offers a pretty cool atmosphere with enjoyable decor. The food is quite good, featuring a large variety, though it can be a bit pricey. The sushi stands out with a decent selection, while the seafood options could use improvement; particularly, the crab legs are served in limited batches, and if you miss them, you'll have to wait for the next round—plus they tend to be overcooked. The spare ribs and several of the other meats are tasty. However, I wasn't very impressed with the desserts. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit if you're willing to spend a little extra. One downside is the added service charge, which feels unnecessary—it's better to include it in the overall price rather than surprise customers with an additional 10% charge. I visited Ombu Buffet for lunch and was impressed by how clean the place was. The service was excellent, and I was delighted to discover some unique items on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the cuttlefish, garlic chicken, and grilled chicken wings from the kitchen. It's fantastic to have an Asian buffet near North Ogden now. I highly recommend it!
