What Juicypine dislikes about Gambero D'oro:
It was one sunday and looking for restaurant we found this place.... The waiter was a lil confusing but since we are hungry we end up eating wrong order but neway its good...expensive but I can say I would go for fastfood after paying... View all feedback.
Really nice pizzeria on the front of a canal downtown Oderzo,friendly staff, affordable prices, position very close to the main square.
We ate lunch here on Ferragosto mainly because it appeared to be the only place open in town. We were pleasantly surprised with our meals, and spent half the time admiring other dishes as they passed by. Great value for money,and the staff that we met we friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job (which can be a rarity these days). We have decided to come again with some of our extended family, even though it means a journey of about 20 miles.
A very good restaurant with a good menu but also including local pasta and pizzas. Located in the centre of Oderzo but with the local river running along one side. The service was both helpful and very friendly. If you like fish then try the fish pie, it was unexpected but excellent!
Ate lunch here with my husband, my mom and her boyfriend. We had the seafood platter which had all kinds of things on it, shrimp, scallops, anchovies, sardines, salmon, octopus, bacalao, polenta, etc. My mom really enjoyed it. The rest of us thought it was just okay. Then we got two salads and a pizza. The pizza was very good. Service was good. Location was cute. We sat outside in a covered patio area right over the river.
Very nice restaurant at a cosy place. We had very good mixed seafood plates, and the kids were really pleased with their pizzas. Good and friendly service, and although their menu cards only were in Italian and the staff didn't speak much else but Italian, we made it. :
