Was Suheil Rodriguez at Dunkin' a mag?
I really enjoy their coffee. However, the donuts are a bit disappointing as they don't taste fresh. On the other hand, their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. I usually use the drive-thru and place my orders through the app. One area that could use improvement is their customer service; the employees could be more attentive. View all feedback.

Walked in to get a coffee in the afternoon. Stood there for about 5 minutes while completely getting ignored by the staff. Their conversation about how the place smells like a sewer was more important. Finally walked out to grab something from the MCX View all feedback.
For a Dunkin on around a major traffic area for early morning there is not enough employees to help with the morning rush. When it takes 30mins to get a single cup of coffee.. this particular store definitely needs more help in the morning.
Usually both walk in and drive up are pretty qwik. Donuts always fresh and breakfast sandwich was ok too.
Coffee always tastes burt. Food is bland and poorly made. They always forget something with ever oder.
