This busy neighborhood coffee spot delivers fast, commuter-friendly service and a reliably praised brown-sugar cold brew, plus solid takeout brunch options. However, experiences are highly inconsistent: customers report wrong orders, rude or inattentive staff, and stale or damaged pastries. Long lines are common but service can be quick and accurate when it clicks. Ambience ranges from inviting to disappointing. Frequent regulars keep returning for convenience, though others avoid the chain after repeated quality or service lapses.
The food was delicious and served hot, but I really wish they would reintroduce the other sandwich that didn't use sourdough bread.
This location was not as enjoyable as others I've visited. Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high: an Egg Cheese Croissant costs $4.39 and a medium coffee is $2.85, which totaled $7.96 before tax.
This is my second favorite Dunkin'. I stop by every day on my way to work, and even though the line is always incredibly long, the service remains quick and accurate. I have to leave home an extra 10 minutes early, or I'll definitely be late (even though I work just across the street), but it's totally worth it!
They gave me half an apple fritter about 15-20 minutes ago. The one girl had a really bad attitude when I told her I had an apple fritter as well. It was literally ripped in half. I have been coming here lately because their brown sugar cold brew isgood but who gives someone half of something they ordered. I get these once a week they are always the same size and the donutwas very clearly ripped in half. I will not be returning. Friday 7/29 2:30pm
Bro if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service and don?t get me started on the management. Absolutely unprofessional and doesn?t not know how to handle situations. The food is horrible, the donuts were hard as a rock asif it were left out for days. When I order anything from here they always get it wrong like please pay attention so everythingrun smoothly. Ridiculous, I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. ?10/10
