During my latest visit, I ordered spicy nuggets, medium fries, and a Strawberry Lemonade. Unfortunately, the nuggets were cold, and the fries were both cold and stale. Keep in mind, I live just two minutes away and I placed my order while on their property. It's frustrating that they consistently serve cold and old fries. Typically, when I do get hot fries, there's usually some mistake with the order. Doesn’t Wendy's promise fresh, hot fries? If that’s the case, why can’t they just serve them freshly made to customers?
