I love my coffee. Any Tim Hortons I go to I get an Icee Capp with expresso in it. Being a mom requires a lot of energy so I enjoy visiting this location for the first time, all the ladies were very friendly and super helpful. Left a tip because they were also very patient, my mom and I kept adding things to the order Must stop in or Drop through View all feedback.

Not a well run location. Too many staff standing around doing nothing. Takes forever to get waiting on. And today.... I got a half dozen doughnuts. The server used a tissue to put them in the box, but I watched and she didn't cover her thumb, so her thumb touched every one of my doughnuts, right after handling cash. And she was not the least bit pleasant. I try to support this location, but I don't think I can anymore. I gave food two stars because the breakfast sandwiches are tasty and usually ready fast.
Figured I try this location as the farmington hills location is still terrible … same bad , rude service here

I ordered a #7, she asked sausage or bacon , I said sausage, and exchange the hash brown for a honey cruller ....I get to the window and pay $7.65 and ask where 's the coffee ? she says you didnt order a coffee, you have to get back in line (i 'm the only one in line at that moment) she closes the window saying you have to get back in line maam . Made my last visit. Used the restroom today and it was absolutely disgusting. Not one issue, it has not been cleaned for weeks it looks like. Cant buy food from a place that is maintained like that. Always an issue at this location. Not worth the time to stop here. Something off the menu is missing or unavailable or not working....this last time they completly messed up 2 bagels, forgot 2 items, could not offer something for their mistakes, and then told me to go to Wendy's for salt and pepper packets (which, btw, they happily and kindly gave me some)...
