I posted this at 8:21. I waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes only to be told "we aren't open yet" like the second Taco Bell in the area that morning. They are located 12 minutes apart from each other. The management really needs to improve their hiring decisions. View all feedback.

If I could give a negative star, I would. This place is the worst possible. The staff always seem to be under the influence. I placed a $56 order that they claimed had already been picked up. The worst part is that there was no manager on duty, only a "shift lead" named Allie who couldn't access the cameras (which I find ridiculous considering they are open late). I was told to go to the app for a refund, but they refused to replace the order. To make matters worse, a staff member named Mo was rude, cursed at me, and called me names. This place is truly the worst and should honestly be shut down.
