I have waited over 15 minutes for two large drinks and have seen people get here after me order food and drinks and get their order before mine and as of writing this I still haven't gotten my order. I shouldn't have to pay for waiting this long
I 'm hoping it was just an off night, but they got the one sandwich we ordered wrong and it took at least 10 minutes to bring it out after the sign said it was being brought out right now.
The Worst in the area. Takes forever to place an order and good luck getting the correct items. Sad because they used to be a nice place to stop. Didn't get anything today because no one ever took our order.
Slow service and by the time you get the food it's not even hot. Hire more people and get new management
They completely forgot about my order and when I finally asked about everything after waiting 25 minutes they were very rude and said it would be ready soon. So I requested a refund because that was ridiculous to wait 25 minutes for food. Never even got asorry or an explanation.
