I am extremely frustrated. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Now, 50 minutes later, my order hasn’t even been started, and it wasn’t going to be until I raised the issue. The only response I received was a half-hearted apology saying they were busy, which I understand. However, it’s frustrating to see people who arrived after me already receiving their orders. Orders should be completed in the order they are placed.
