Extensive menu with lots of entree options. Classic diner feel with good service and and tasty food. We came during the lunch hour during the weekend and it was busy! Come before 11am for the breakfast special or before 2pm for the sandwich special. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Windfield's:
Food is mediocre, over-priced and the ‘French onion soup’ was the worst soup I’ve ever had with the croutons on the bottom of the bowl like dog mush/sludge and the broth luke warm (it came literally 2 minutes after it was ordered). I complained to a supervisor who didn’t even give me condolences. Tipped the waiter well. View all feedback.
Fairly typical breakfast type restaurant. I’ve rated 2 stars on the ‘service’ aspect, as my male companion witnessed one of their male servers use the facilites and did not wash his hands when leaving. Eww. Maybe this was a one-off or a rare occurrence, but somewhat dampened our visit. The individual serving us was fine.

Not much to say but good food overall. Except coconut cream pie is to die for. And excellent service. If you go back enough you will feel you are at Cheers.
The food at the restaurant was delicious as usual, but I was disappointed with the small portion of cake that was priced at 1195. It was incredibly small, more appropriate for a 3-year-old child. I suggest adjusting portion sizes or cutting prices in half.
I have been frequenting this restaurant since my high school years and I still love it. The Eggs Benedict dish is especially delicious.
