I found the server very friendly and polite. He knows his P's and T's. Food is tasty and dependable being a Fergies. Can be a little cold if sitting by the door on a winter's day, but who isn't rugged up these days. I like how he wrapped up my desert to go so I didn't lose its stickiness to the paper bag. The server was very friendly and polite, clearly attentive to detail. The food is delicious and reliable, true to the Ferguson Plarre standard. It can get a bit chilly sitting near the door on a winter day, but that’s expected, especially when bundled up. I appreciated how thoughtfully my dessert was wrapped to maintain its freshness during takeaway. The prices are reasonable compared to other artisan spots in the area, which is an important consideration these days. Overall, I rate it 4.9 out of 5 for excellent service. The service was excellent. Most of the cakes seemed to be of high quality, but there was only one vegan option, which didn’t look very attractive. The icing was uneven, giving the cakes a homemade appearance rather than a polished, professional finish, which might make them less ideal as gifts. Despite this, the flavor was enjoyable.
