I will start by saying “come for the view and ambiance only.” Location is right on the water with great views of NYC. They host a lot of parties and events in the upper levels. Food is ok, nothing special. The seafood tower was not as fresh as i would have expected. The veal osso bucco was under whelming. Service was gracious with a few hiccups.
