What User dislikes about Subway:
Since when did Subway start asking if you want to tip them? Personally I feel this is inappropriate to do if receiving your food at a driveup window. If they delivered it would be a different story. I feel it is up to the company to pay their employees appropriately. I will not frequent subway anymore if I am forced to say yes or no to a tip. Subway is a huge company and this is wrong. I'm not usually a fan of subway, but while waiting, the people around us made the experience worthwhile. The BMT sandwich I tried seemed fresh and decent, thanks to their recommendations.
The staff was unfriendly, and the dining area, as well as the eating areas, were unclean. The bathroom and soda fountain dispenser were also dirty.
This is undoubtedly one of the best Subway locations in town, and it even has a drive-thru! The staff member who took our order tonight did an excellent job. Both the sandwich and the pizza were made to perfection! This was definitely one of our best visits to a Subway in a while. It's situated near Taco Bell, which had a long line, while Subway had no wait at all, so we were really glad we chose this place! Keep up the great work—we will definitely be back!
