**Restaurant Review: Hardee's Experience**
Hardee's presents a mixed dining experience, particularly highlighted during breakfast hours. While the fresh breakfast offerings receive praise for their quality, customer service remains a concern. Some patrons report rude interactions and unprofessional behavior from staff, leading to disappointment. Many dishes, like the double cheeseburger and fried items, have been criticized for being overcooked or stale. Not crowded. Which means the staff had time to clean the tables, but they didn't. There wasn't a clean table there I ate at the least dirty table.
I witnessed a troubling incident at this restaurant involving racism. A white female employee with red hair and glasses hurled hash browns at a Black customer and even admitted to it while attempting to follow the woman. After the altercation, the manager, Brittney, simply handed her back her headset, and the employee continued working. I believe she should have been fired for her actions. If the roles had been reversed, the Black customer would have faced severe consequences, including possible arrest and termination. This incident reflects poorly on management, which should take a strong stance against such behavior. I refuse to dine in establishments that tolerate racism among their staff.
This is a decent restaurant. Breakfast is a great option if you wake up early. I noticed that there weren't many cars in the parking lot when I left, which is surprising. Overall, I believe this restaurant is underrated, as the food was quite satisfying.
I ordered online only to find at 6:50 am no one answered the drive through. I drove up to the window no light on except on the kitchen . They weren't ready yet. Called the store to cancel my order they already debited my bank for it no answer. How can yousustain a business and grow sales with no customer service? You can't
The Frisch breakfast is always on point. While it didn?t really affect my meal the lady taking the order was rather rude to the elderly gentleman in line in front of me. At least the lady who was manager was nice and polite to him.
