Was Skule Kvam at 4 Fine a mag?

What Peter Pedersen dislikes about 4 Fine:
Rude staff. Two guys were told that they could not enter due to not being dressed fancy enough while inside that were clearly people dressed in the same way. Maybe racism? View all feedback.
Negative review: One downside is that the staff at the entrance are slow.
Could have been an AWESOME venue, if they played better music. Where is the deep house and the techno, in which this place would be perfect for?
They pretending to be a high and exclusive place buts it’s soo far to be like that but most Terri is the queue i had book table in advance twice i have to wait for 1 and the second time 1/5 hours and not all my friend got inside .. just been 2 time not more
