What Cris M likes about Bison Ranch:
The restaurant is stranded in the middle of nowhere but it's definitely worth the trip. Very good meat (they raise the bisons themselves) cooked perfectly. I especially recommend cured sausages, they are awesome! Only negative point in the visit Is the fact we were asked to book very very early but I suppose it's how it Is in Switzerland.
