A complete turnaround from my previous visit. The staff was friendly, the drive-thru was efficient, and the service was quick. The food was also excellent.
The restaurant was short-staffed, so I had to wait for my food. When it arrived, the fries were cold and looked like they had been scraped from the bottom of a dirty grease trap. Instead of long fries, there were only crumbs, and they tasted terrible.
2 stars for the burger and 1 star for the staff member (no names). I saw her sweeping or mopping the floor when I ordered a burger. She stopped mopping, went straight to the kitchen, didn’t wash her hands, put on gloves, and made my burger. Then she took off the gloves and packed my burger with the same bare hands she used to hold the mop. I had already paid and felt uncomfortable bringing up hygiene concerns, fearing she might react defensively. After leaving, I threw the burger in the trash. Please maintain proper hygiene at all times! There are free hygiene tutorials available online!
Arby's is always friendly and clean, but their menu has a limited variety of beef options.
I really enjoy the Reuben sandwich at Arby's, and the curly fries are delicious as well.
