We visited the restaurant yesterday, and the service was quite disappointing. Initially, the staff member informed us that there were no available tables. I responded that we were willing to wait. However, he simply turned around without saying anything further. When I asked another staff member how long the wait would be, she mentioned it would be over an hour. Good place with karaoke and food is good. I think if you have a group of people, it’s good to go
We visited the restaurant yesterday, and the service was quite disappointing. Initially, the staff member informed us that there were no available tables. I responded that we were willing to wait. However, he simply turned around without saying anything further. When I asked another staff member how long the wait would be, she mentioned it would be over an hour. Meanwhile, I noticed several tables that were ready to be served. After waiting for about five minutes, we were finally given a table. I'm left wondering why they were unwilling to seat us earlier and insisted that we wait.
It was likely just my choice of dish that wasn't the best. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!
