We had dinner there and we had mixed feelings about this restaurant because some courses were good other were very poor.The calamari salad was good, the marinieres mussels were unaccetable, the dessert was ok so at the end of the dinner we really had mixed feelings about this place thinking about the big difference in quality and taste of the menu options we ordered. This remains my absolute favorite restaurant in the Liberation neighborhood. I make sure to visit every time I am in Nice. They serve excellent local food in a classic French bistro style, and the service is always warm and welcoming. If the weather is good, definitely ask for a table outside. It is the perfect spot to watch the market activity at lunch or simply enjoy the local atmosphere at dinner—with very few tourists around. If you are dining inside on a colder day, it has a cozy, authentic feel. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.
