Was Michael Joseph at Noria a mag?
The food is excellent, but the service and decor leave something to be desired. However, I believe it's the best Peruvian cuisine in town. The Chicha Morada is particularly delightful. View all feedback.

I had the Parihuela (seafood soup) for $23, including tax, but it didn't come with any rice?! That's unacceptable.
I'm sorry to say this, but my experience did not live up to my expectations—not even close. The person taking our order made a mistake; we requested two salads but only received one. We asked for a dish to share the single salad she brought, but it never arrived. I had to go up to the counter to request it myself. What they refer to as a mixed salad was just a pile of iceberg lettuce, a couple of tomato slices, and a small piece of avocado. After I placed my entrée order, she returned to inform me that they were out of the meat I wanted, so I had to choose something else, which turned out to be quite bland. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal.
Screaming kids but food is really good and waitress was great even though her English wasn't amazing.Food: 5/5
