My husband and I frequent this restaurant because we enjoy it. However, when we took our family of seven, the experience wasn't satisfactory. I'm not quite sure how to rate this place. Our server was new and ended up working alone because his trainer called off. We spent about an hour longer than we should have there, and it wasn't very busy. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one else showed up for work that day. My husband and I frequent this restaurant because we enjoy it. However, when we took our family of seven, the experience wasn't satisfactory. The food was subpar; my son's meal was overcooked and inedible, while my daughter-in-law's dish was served cold. As a result, we decided to take a break from visiting. Recently, just the two of us returned, and what a difference we found! The restaurant was immaculate, and the manager was actively involved—seating guests, serving, cleaning, and replenishing the salad bar. The food was delicious, and the manager even took the time to entertain my 4-year-old granddaughter. I didn't catch his name, but he truly made a positive impact on our experience!

The main takeaway is that our server was fantastic and really did his best given the circumstances.
We had a wonderful experience with both the meal and the service. A special shoutout to Mikayla for being such an attentive and cheerful server. We would definitely come back to this restaurant!
