This KFC is one of the cleanest I've visited. The staff were very friendly and helped us with our order, even finding a way to save us some money.
If there were a zero-star option, I would have selected it. My family and I will never dine here again. Last night, we ordered a chicken dinner, and shortly after, everyone who ate it became violently ill and vomited. We're still suffering from the effects.
I waited in line for more than ten minutes, with only two cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. Inside, the staff were laughing and joking around while playing on their phones. They would quickly clear their screens to give the impression they were working, but in reality, they weren’t doing their jobs.
I was really disappointed with my experience at KFC. The chicken was undercooked, the mashed potatoes weren't properly made, and the service was very poor.
The tenders were half the size compared to the pictures. The app was useless and wouldn't work properly. It claimed that my local KFC doesn’t support pickup orders, but when I went there, I saw they had an entire shelving unit dedicated to mobile orders. Additionally, there were no prices listed in the Deals section of the app. And to make matters worse, the prices are outrageous—$38 for 12 tenders and 3 sides?! Fortunately, the girl who took my order was very nice!
