We enjoy dining at this restaurant because the food is really good, but the place has a strange smell, not just once, but every time we visit. It might be due to the spices used in the food, but unfortunately, the smell is the only reason we choose not to eat there.
We really enjoy the food and usually have a great experience with the staff at this restaurant. However, we have noticed that the place has a strange smell every time we visit, possibly coming from the carpet. Unfortunately, this unpleasant odor is the only reason why we choose not to dine there.
Although they no longer offer French Onion Soup and have discontinued the Chicken Tortilla and Chicken Noodle Soups, there are still plenty of reasons to visit RT.
You really need to be careful with what you choose from the salad bar. The tomatoes are often squishy, the cucumbers are either too cold or not fresh, and the corn has an unidentifiable slimy texture that’s quite strange.
The smell was quite unpleasant. I'm fairly certain there is food ground into the carpet. To the manager: please communicate with your area manager and arrange for more frequent carpet cleaning.
