Outstanding! This is not just a beautiful restaurant in true Aranès style, excellent bbq meats and original cuisine. Warm atmosphere created by super friendly team who clearly have a passion for their job, no matter how busy they got. We were blown away by their superb customer service, when they offered us a replacement for their fondue of cheese with vegetables as we pointed out it was a bit too salty, that we declined as we had almost finished it and no longer hungry, they offered to pack one up to take home for another day. Quite possible the highlight of our holiday as we were able to enjoy a live band playing on our last night. One of the most memorable meals ever!!!

Eth Bot is definitely a must go if you are at Baqueira for holidays. Food from the valley! Tasty and very good! Try the soup! La hola ! The meat is also very good! Service is very quick! If you have children is great! A tip. If can grab a taxi. There are not parking places close by.
The Eth Bot is in the centre of Slardu in a charming old building. It has a very good bar possible the best in the village though full of diners between 7 9pm . The food on the fixed price menu is very good a mix of local and international cuisine. We have eaten here several times and the menu is very varied and always good quality. If skiing or hiking a visit here is a must.
The food is average but the drinks are good as always I don't know if its a place to come back for others but for me no thanks. Salardu got enought restourants to pleasure your taste.
