I surprised my husband with Brunch and headed to to Harrids and I can honestly say how impressed we were. I had booked in for High Tea and wow wow wow I have had a few High Teas around the world and I can honestly say this was a real English High Tea. My husband and I had breakfast at Harrids on Sunday. We wanted a nice meal without having to go too far. Unfortunately, the older woman serving had a bad attitude. It's understandable not to enjoy working on a Sunday, but that shouldn't affect how you treat customers. The eggs benedict could have been good if the eggs didn't taste like vinegar. My husband and I had breakfast at Harrids on Sunday. We wanted a nice meal without having to go too far. Unfortunately, the older woman serving had a bad attitude. It's understandable not to enjoy working on a Sunday, but that shouldn't affect how you treat customers. The eggs benedict could have been good if the eggs didn't taste like vinegar. The hollandaise sauce was so overpowering with vinegar that it made me feel sick. I suspect it was from a packet because it tasted artificial. My husband's big breakfast was decent, except they added extra toast and bacon without him asking (and charged extra for it!). When we politely mentioned to the older woman that the vinegar was too strong, we were dismissed with a grunt. Overall, it's not a place we'd like to visit again.

The atmosphere was lovely and I could not have asked for a better brunch. We will be taking our parents there when they come to Northlakes. Ladies thank you for a lovely meal and service sadly customer service has gone down in other Cafe so well done for keeping up the good work.Look forward to your wonderful High Teas again.
This Harvey's location is as good as it gets. The service is fast and friendly, and there is plenty of clean seating available.
