What Gerda McDermott dislikes about Bert's Cafe:
Coffee was terrible - I think that my Macchiato might have been mademade using a plunger. The scones were ok. Probably better to drive to Brewer Cafe (see review). The business is only open sat and Sun. It does, however, have a nice view of the sea via the verandah tables and chairs. If you are desperate for caffeine or food , then it might be sufficient for your purposes. Did not try any of the other food. View all feedback.

The ambiance is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the view is absolutely stunning.
Best Buttermilk Scones ever!!!!! Would highly recommend popping into Bert's Cafe for a Devonshire Tea or a really yummy Lunch. Beautiful views of the Beach from the veranda.
After the exploration of the south of king island. bert very friendly and happy to support in asking. they enjoy great coffee. husband enjoyed rinder slaughters and I had a plentiful small portion ki bark pasta. only open washing and toilets on the street....Relaxing and great view.
Berts place is a beautiful place to feed over the ozean in narracoopa on the king island, we really enjoyed our visit there, as well as king island loved it, and all the history there would be back
