**Coast: Mixed Impressions Amidst Stunning Views**

I live in Naples and have never been to this hotel or restaurant. Wanted a beach atmosphere dinner. Food was ok. Service was good but spotty. I would not return or recommend. Maybe for drinks. La playa is far, far better and same prices.
The food was pretty good, all 4 of us enjoyed mostly our meals. The problem was that the dining room was full of undisciplined children, screaming loudly. We asked to be moved outdoors, despite it being very hot, in the 90's so that we could have a conversation together with another couple. Once outdoors, we realized that there were NO fans on the terrace all 4 of us were sweating.....really uncomfortable. But at least we could have conversation between us. The meal was expensive $168 without tip we had 2 drinks each, and no dessert. We strongly suggest to Coast that they install overhead fans on the balcony dining area feel sorry for the staff, too, with no fans out there. Just tells you that this restaurant has a captive audience (hotel guests) and really don't care about the comfort of their dining guests. We won't return.
Best filet mignon ever. Lobster rice pilaf was tasty and sticky. Broccolini perfect snap to it.
Great view but a limited food options. not able to add or change side dishes. you would think they would want the extra money? they did give us a lovely free anniversary desert so they did redeem themselves.
