Eating is delicious and the service is decent, but the timetable is terrible. I was here on Friday and the closing time should be at 18 o'clock. At 16:36 o'clock they forced me to go and kicked me out because they were to end. they had a special timetable that says they closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, but not Friday at 4 o'clock. That's ridiculous. how did they expect us to know that they were closed early on a day they did not mention? if they plan to go here, I just want to let them know that they are annoyed with them if they are not adapted to their current schedule.
Are the employees being treated fairly? Every time I go in the girls at the counter are so unpleasant, it’s really a shame considering the food and coffee drinks are amazing. The staff just seems so annoyed to be there.
The chef and owner, Greg, has something special here. Don't pass on the scones. But also try the sandwiches and special drinks.
Food and drinks are good enough, cannot deny that fact. 4 stars for food only. Service however is consistently deplorable here.Yesterday the girl behind the counter essentially threw the bag at me to pack my items myself (after asking for tip on thatscreen of course! . Today is what made me write a review. My first negative review ever I waited for the 3 women behind thecounter to finish their private conversation before ringing me up- about a minute standing in front of register and the onlycustomer... Finally finishes and rings up my items but does not tell me a total, just stands there- fine. I swipe card and themachine asks me to add tip. 3 pre-packaged items that I retrieved from the fridge myself- I leave 10% just to ring up my items-whatever. Now it gets interesting.. I SAY THANK YOU In return she then proceeds to SNORT MUCUS OUT OF HER SINUSES AND THENHOCKS ONE UP FROM HER THROAT...while looking directly at me from across the register ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING a simple you arewelcome would have sufficed. I guess she did not like the 10% tip I gave for providing zero service. Blown away by this place.This is not a one-off!! Bad service from behind the counter is regular as you can see from many many reveiws. I 've spent 7+months here in the past 3 years. This is their standard of customer service. RUDE BEYOND BELIEF Expect to be treated like scumand you will find the space cozy, food is made and packed with care, great assortment.
This is such a cute and good cafe! The latte I got was amazing and the food was also very good. They sell fun little snacks and things, the atmosphere is great as well.
