The dish was excellent, all served very quickly, the waiter was very friendly!!! Very satisfied!!!!
Tried it twice. Good location and good menu. Unfortunately we encountered massively poor service. Eating outside is not possible. So just for us : Table next to us ok. Very unfriendly and not solution-oriented. Very unfortunate. The restaurant's response below explains the rest. It was unoccupied indoors and not reserved. We didn't drink any wine and of course we paid ; Looks like another guest was unhappy and left without paying.
Three times we ate here and it was always great. the risotto with saffron or asparagus we can recommend as well as the pizza or the child carving. everything fits and the service and the prices are top. please continue so
Excellent restaurant, exceptional value for money, wonderful location facing Lake Lugano
We were in the restaurant today and the spaghetti carbonara was dry and didn't taste good. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he just said: we could have ordered the lasagne or put oil on the spaghetti. The hamburger and the cheeseburger with the fries were also very carelessly prepared and had no sauce in the burgers! So it's more of a dry affair. The tartare was good, but probably not homemade a shame. The service was unacceptable, so unfortunately no tip was given!
