This restaurant was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. The kebabs were excellent, and the chicken kofta was perfectly cooked. I found it to be great value for money, and I would highly recommend this charming little Turkish restaurant. View all feedback.
Without a doubt, this is the best doner kebab south of the river. It's one of the few spots still serving truly authentic Cypriot-style kebabs. Unlike other kebab shops that focus on quantity, this place prioritizes quality above all else. I highly recommend it!
For over 30 years, I've been savoring delicious Turkish cuisine at Lale. I've sampled kebabs in various countries and many places across Britain, but nothing compares to Lale. If you’re looking for excellent food, friendly staff, quick service, and a very reasonable price, I highly recommend trying Lale on High Street, Eltham.
Eating was really good. the service was also good. But we had to wait an hour for the main course, something was disappointed. we'll go through next time that was good.

Ordered food to be delivered.. At first I nearly fainted at price however, it was absolutely delicious and worth every penny!!! Food presentation excellent. I had an issue with app and called direct, very patient polite and friendly, talked me through it. Service outstanding. Delicious hot and delivered in a timely manner. Over outstanding. Thank you. Best kebab I have ever ordered.
