I had the worst experience at this Subway franchise. The service was terrible, the establishment was unhygienic, and the staff had a bad attitude towards customers. I even filed a complaint with Subway corporate about this franchise. I will never be returning to this location.
I was in the mood for a sandwich and happened to be near a Subway. I placed an online order for their BOGO 50 deal (buy one, get another 50% off). I ordered a custom Philly sandwich and a custom buffalo chicken sandwich. Let's start with the positives. The interior of the store was clean and smelled great. The lady at the counter was friendly and thanked me for my patience. The sandwiches were tasty. On the downside, I found the price of the sandwiches to be a bit high for the amount of meat provided. The sandwiches were just okay, nothing outstanding, and lacked meat. Additionally, there was a loud ringing noise in the store that persisted for the entire 10 minutes I was there, which was quite annoying. Overall, I would consider going back if they reintroduced their $5 footlongs deal.
This is my second negative encounter at this Subway location. I placed an online order and tipped in advance, only to pick up my order and find that both sandwiches were made exactly the same, despite the receipt showing two different sandwiches. This was simply laziness on their part.
We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches for about $40 but we got ham and cheese with receipt of $13. We don’t eat pork products. Apparently totally wrong order, When we called to complain, we were told that they sent the right order and we can’t even get a refund. Never ever ordering from here. Bad service and no regards for their customers.
